Ordering Information

Payment Options

We accept all major credit/debit cards through the safe, secure PayPal shopping cart system. Please note, you do not need a Paypal account to place an order. We will not be able to process your order (whether for merchandise or classes) without payment. Your place in class is not secured until your payment is received.

Sales Tax

We are required to add 9.75% sales tax to all California addresses. There is no sales tax charged on class fees.

Class Policies

Class payments are non-refundable and non-transferable, so please make sure you can attend a session before signing up. If we must cancel a class for any reason, we will give you the choice of a makeup session (applicable towards any class in the next 3 months) or a refund. We will make every effort to remind you about your class before it happens, but cannot be held responsible if you forget. Please be sure to mark your calendars and arrive to your class promptly so we can get started. We look forward to seeing you!

Shipping Methods

Domestic and International orders are shipped via USPS and are processed within 72 hours. We ship once a week, on Wednesdays. If you need to expedite your order please call us at (323) 906-8826 between normal business hours.

Returns

If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly issue a store credit or exchange within 10 days upon receipt. Item(s) must be returned in unused condition in its original package. Fabric returns are only accepted on continuous cuts over 2 yards. Item(s) must be returned within 14 days of the shipping date of your order. Shipping costs are non-refundable and unless we are at fault, return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. All return packages must be insured. Before shipping back your return, send us an email. Please include your order # and item(s) you are returning. We will issue a return authorization # which must be included on or in your return package. Sale items and special orders are non-refundable.

Damages

If you receive an item that is damaged please contact us immediately. All damages must be reported within 48 hours upon receiving your order. Call us at (323) 906-8826 or email and we will send a replacement as soon as possible.
